目的系统评价盐酸米诺环素软膏与碘甘油在治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎中的临床疗效。方法采用计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、PubMed、万方等数据库，纳入盐酸米诺环素软膏与碘甘油治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎的临床随机对照研究（RCT），评价纳入研究的方法学质量后采用RevMan5．2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入13个研究，共1596例患者，其中盐酸米诺环素软膏组818例，碘甘油组778例。Meta分析结果显示，盐酸米诺环素软膏组的有效率显著高于碘甘油组（Re=1．25，95％CI：1．13～1．39，P〈0．0001）；第4天与第5天复诊时，盐酸米诺环素软膏组的有效率均显著高于碘甘油组（RR=1．22，95％CI：1．04～1．43，P=0．02；RR=1．30，95％CI：1．21～1.39，P〈0．00001）。结论本研究提示盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗急性局限型智齿冠周炎临床疗效优于碘甘油。

A Meta-analysis of the effects of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis.

Objective To systematically evaluate the effectiveness of minocycline hydrochloride ointment in the treatment of acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis. Methods Randomized clinical trials （RCT） comparing minocycline hydrochloride ointment with iodine glycerine for acute wisdom tooth pericoronitis were retrieved from Cochrane Library, PubMed and Wangfan Database. The methodological quality of the included studies was critically evaluated and Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.2 software. Results A total of 13 related literatures were included after data screening, containing 1596 cases. Among the 1596 cases, the minocycline hydrochloride ointment group contained 818 cases and the iodine glycerine group contained 778 cases. The results of meta-analysis showed that minocycline hydrochloride ointment was superior to iodine glycerine in treating acute wisdom teeth pericoronitis （RR=l.25, 95%CI： 1.13 - 1.39, P 〈 0.00001 ）. The clinical effectiveness of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on d days and 5 days after treatment was both better than iodine glycerine （RR = 1.22, 95%CI： 1.04- 1.43, P = 0.02; RR=I.30, 95%CI： 1.21 - 1.39, P 〈 0.00001 ）. Conclusion Our study suggests that minocychne hydrochloride ointment is superior to iodine glycerine in treating acute wisdom teeth perieoronitis.
