希望理论在慢性精神分裂症患者康复期的应用研究

目的探讨希望理论在慢性精神分裂症患者康复期护理中的应用。方法将100例康复期慢性精神分裂症患者按入院单双号随机分为干预组和对照组各50例。对照组按常规抗精神病治疗和护理干预,干预组在对照组的基础以希望理论为指导,进行个性化护理。比较两组干预前、干预结束时及干预结束后1个月、3个月、半年的希望水平、社会支持、生活应对能力及生活质量等变化。结果干预结束时及干预后1个月、3个月半年,干预组的QOL-100量表、PSSS量表、简易应对量表评分显著优于对照组(P0.05);干预后半年,干预组患者希望量表评分明显优于对照组(P0.01)。结论希望理论在慢性精神分裂症患者康复期护理中的应用,能够显著提高患者希望水平,改善患者的应对态度,优化患者与他人的社会关系,改善生活质量,利于疾病的康复。

The applied study of hope theory for patients with chronic schizophrenia during rehabilitation period

Objective To study the application of the hope theory for patients with chronic schizophrenia during rehabilitation period.Methods 100 patients with chronic schizophrenia during rehabilitation period were randomly di-vided into two groups,50 cases each.patients in control group was treated with routine antipsychotic and nursing intervention.Patients in intervention group was based on the control group with the hope theory as the instruction. The levels of hope,social support and life quality was measured and compared in the two groups before and after in-tervention.Results Before intervention,Herth scale of QOL-100 scale,PSSS scale and CSQ of the two groups showed no statistical difference (P > 0.05 );after 1 month to 6 months,the QOL-100 scale ,PSSS scale and CSQ table scores of intervention group were significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05 );half a year , the Herth scale scores of intervention group patients were significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.01 ).Conclusion Hope theory is applied for patients with chronic psychiatric during rehabilitation nursing period can significantly improve the level of hope,improve the attitude ,and optimize the social relationship between pa-tients and others,improve the quality of life,conducive to disease rehabilitation.
