神经阻滞联合聚肌胞治疗带状疱疹及后神经痛的临床疗效

目的探讨神经阻滞联合聚肌胞在治疗带状疱疹及后神经痛中的临床疗效。方法通过选自于2016年1~12月期间在我院进行治疗的100例患者作为本次研究对象,所有患者均经过病症检查确诊为带状孢疹神经痛以及带状孢疹后神经痛。按照随机抽号的方法将患者分为两组,对照组和观察组各50例,对照组患者行单纯药物治疗,观察组患者行神经阻滞联合聚肌胞治疗,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗成效、VAS评分以及并发症发生率。结果观察组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者的痛感消失时间、疱疹彻底消失时间及药物治疗明显低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者的药物治疗不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且病情复发率低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通过对带状疱疹神经痛及带状疱疹后神经痛患者行神经阻滞联合聚肌胞治疗,取得较为显著的治疗效果,能够很大程度的改善患者的后疼痛程度。

The clinical efficacy of nerve block combined with poly I: C in the treatment of herpes zoster and posterior neuralgia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of nerve block combined with poly I: C in the treatment of herpes zoster and posterior neuralgia. Methods 100 patients treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study subjects. All patients were diagnosed with herpes zoster neuralgia and post herpes zoster neuralgia. The patients were divided into two groups by the random sampling method, including the control group and the observation group (n=50 cases). The control group were treated with simple drug treatment. The patients in the observation group were treated with nerve block combined with poly I: C therapy. The clinical treatment efficacy, VAS score and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of disappearance of pain, the total disappearance of herpes, and the length of the drug treatment were signifi cantly lower than those in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the adverse reactions of the patients in the observation group were bad. The birth rate was lower than that of the control group, and the relapse rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nerve block combined with poly I: C therapy in treatment with the patients with herpes zoster neuralgia and post herpes zoster neuralgia has significant clinical effect, which can improve the degree of postoperative pain to a great extent.
