摘 要: | 重症肌无力是抗体介导、累及神经-肌肉接头的获得性自身免疫性疾病,除了常见的乙酰胆碱受体抗体及肌肉特异性酪氨酸激酶抗体外,重症肌无力还存在其他临床少见抗体;通过对重症肌无力中出现的多种相关抗体及检测方法分析,提高对该疾病的进一步认识。

Abstract: | Myasthenia gravis is an antibody-mediated acquired autoimmune disease,which involves in neuromuscular junctions.In addition to common acetylcholine receptor antibodies and muscle-specific tyrosine kinase antibodies,there are other clinically rare antibodies of myasthenia gravis.Through the analysis of a variety of myasthenia gravis related antibodies and detection methods,further understanding of the disease is improved. |
