2型糖尿病大血管并发症的防治进展

随着人们生活方式的改变,2型糖尿病的患病率在逐年增高,成为危及人类健康的主要疾病。2型糖尿病会引起大血管及微血管等并发症,其中大血管并发症包括冠心病、缺血性脑卒中及外周动脉疾病,是2型糖尿病致死和致残的主要原因。大血管并发症的主要危险因素包括高血糖、高血压、血脂异常、肥胖、血液高凝状态等。本文对2型糖尿病大血管并发症的防治进展做一综述。

Advances in prevention and treatment of macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes

With the change of people''s lifestyle,the prevalence of type 2 diabetes has been increasing year by year and the type 2 diabetes has become a major disease that threatens human health.Type 2 diabetes can cause complications such as large blood vessels and microvessels.Among them,macrovascular complications,including coronary heart disease,ischemic stroke,and peripheral arterial disease,are the major causes of death and disability in type 2 diabetes.Major risk factors for macrovascular complications include hyperglycemia,hypertension,dyslipidemia,obesity and hypercoagulability.This article reviews the advances in prevention and treatment of macrovascular complications in type 2 diabetes.
