华泽兰根部化学成分研究

摘    要:目的研究菊科泽兰属植物华泽兰Eupatorium chinense根部的化学成分。方法采用正相硅胶柱色谱、制备薄层色谱及制备型HPLC等方法分离纯化,利用NMR、MS等波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果从华泽兰醋酸乙酯部位分离鉴定了19个化合物,鉴定为泽兰素(1)、1-2-(1-acetoxymethyl-vinyl)-6-hydroxy-benzofuran-5-yl]-ethanone(2)、6-hydroxy-3β-methoxytrematone(3)、euparone(4)、8-methoxy-9-hydroxythymol(5)、dehydroespeleton(6)、8-methoxy-9-hydroxythymol 3-Oangelate(7)、9-hydroxythymol(8)、4-hydroxycinnamic acid methyl ester(9)、对羟基苯甲醛(10)、8,9-dehydro-10-hydroxythymol(11)、邻苯二甲酸二异丁基酯(12)、邻苯二甲酸二正丁酯(13)、对香豆酸(14)、dihydrocoumarin(15)、methylcaffeate(16)、2,5-dimethylphenol(17)、1H-吲唑(18)、(Z)-3-(hydroxymethyl)-7-methylocta-2,6-dienly1 acetate(19)。结论首次对华泽兰根部的化学成分进行研究,其中化合物2、3、5~11为首次从华泽兰中分离得到,化合物6、9、12、14~19为首次从泽兰属中分离得到,化合物1~4为苯并呋喃类化合物,是泽兰属中的特征性成分。
