脑肿瘤患者PICC置管后发生静脉炎的影响因素分析及处理对策

目的探讨脑恶性肿瘤患者PICC置管使用过程中出现静脉炎的相关因素。方法对2017年1~10月行PICC置管的210例脑部肿瘤患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计其置管期间静脉炎和血栓的发生率,分析静脉炎相关危险因素。结果 210例患者置管期间发生静脉炎58例,占27.62%;发生静脉血栓2例,占0.95%;单因素分析显示患者年龄、导管所处位置、活动量、白细胞高是出现静脉炎发生相关因素,统计具有显著差异(P0.05);多因素分析显示年龄、导管所处位置、活动量和白细胞是发生静脉炎的独立危险因素(P0.05)。结论要重视脑肿瘤置管后静脉炎并发症,针对危险因素积极采取多种措施和处理。

Analysis on the influencing factors of phlebitis after PICC catheterization in the patients with brain tumor and its countermeasures

Objective To investigate the related factors of phlebitis during PICC catheterization in the patients with malignant brain tumors. Methods The clinical data of 210 patients with brain tumors undergoing PICC catheterization from January to October in 2017 were analyzed retrospectively. The incidence rate of phlebitis and thrombosis during catheterization was statistically analyzed. The phlebitis -related risk factors were analyzed. Results In 210 cases,phlebitis occurred in 58 cases during catheterization,accounting for 27.62%. Venous thrombosis occurred in 2 cases,accounting for 0.95%. Univariate analysis showed that age, catheter location, activity and leukocyte hyperplasia were the related factors of the occurrence of phlebitis, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);multivariate analysis showed that age,catheter location, activity and white blood cells were independent risk factors for phlebitis(P<0.05). Conclusion It is necessary to pay attention to the complications of phlebitis after catheterization in brain tumor and actively take various measures and treatments according to the risk factors.
