优质护理在老年白内障患者术后护理服务中的应用效果观察

目的探讨在老年白内障患者术后实施优质护理的临床效果。方法选取90例于2016年5~7月期间在我院行白内障超声乳化治疗的患者,随机分为对照组(n=45,予以常规护理)与观察组(n=45,予以优质护理),观察两组的护理效果。结果观察组术后不同时间段的视力好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组术后1周、术后30 d的生活质量显著高于对照组(P0.05);与对照组比较,观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度及遵医行为显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论在老年白内障患者术后护理服务中应用优质护理的效果显著,能有效降低术后并发症的发生率,提高术后生活质量及护理满意度,具有推广价值。

Observation on the application effect of high quality nursing on postoperative nursing services for elderly patients with cataract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of postoperative quality nursing in elderly patients with cataract.Methods 90 patients with phacoemulsification who were treated in our hospital from May to July 2016 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group (n=45, routine nursing care) and observation group(n=45, quality nursing care). The nursing effect of the two groups of patients was observed. Results The visual acuity in the observation group at different time periods after operation was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the quality of life in the observation group after 1 week and 30 days after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05); at the same time, compared with the control group, the incidence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower(P<0.05); in addition, compared with the control group,patients in the observation group had significantly better nursing satisfaction and compliance behavior(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing in the postoperative nursing care in the elderly patients with cataract has a significant effect, which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications, improve postoperative quality of life and nursing satisfaction, and has a promotion value.
