血气分析仪在急诊分析检验中的应用效果评价

摘    要:目的研究急诊分析检验中应用血气分析仪的价值。方法选取厦门医学院附属第二医院急诊患者200例作为本次研究对象,所选时间为2017年1~12月,其均接受血气分析仪以及全自动生化分析仪实施检查,对2种仪器检测的结果进行观察分析。结果血气分析仪检验的采血量和检验时间均明显少于或短于全自动生化分析仪(P0.05);急诊患者接受血气分析器检测,其检测的Glu、Cl、K、Na水平与全自动生化分析仪的检测结果相比,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在急诊分析检验中应用血气分析仪,不仅可以对检查的准确性进行保证,且可以缩短检测的时间,为急诊患者接受及时有效的治疗提供依据,意义重大。

Application evaluation of blood gas analysis instruments in emergency analysis
Abstract:Objective To study the value of applying blood gas analysis instruments in emergency diagnosis and test.Methods A total of 200 emergency patients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College were selected as the study subjects. The selected time was from January to December 2017. All of them were tested by blood gas analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer. Observed and analyzed the results of these two kinds of instruments.Results Blood sampling and test time of blood gas analysis instruments were significantly less than or shorter than that of automatic biochemical analyzer (P<0.05); emergency patients were tested with blood gas analyzer, and their levels of Glu, Cl, K, and Na were measured. Compared with the test result of automatic biochemical analyzer, the difference was not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of blood gas analysis equipment in emergency analysis not only can ensure the accuracy of the examination, but also can shorten the time of detection, providing a basis for emergency patients to receive timely and effective treatment, which is of great significance.
