生物反馈治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效

目的观察生物反馈治疗慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性便秘患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组,观察组进行生物反馈治疗,对照组进行一般性治疗。对患者进行临床疗效评估,比较治疗前后便秘症状总分与不良反应。结果两组治疗后临床症状评分较治疗前均有改善(P0.05)。观察组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率为60%,两组差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论生物反馈治疗能有效改善慢性便秘患者临床症状,Glazer盆底表面肌电评估方案可作为临床诊断和治疗慢性功能性便秘的参考依据。

Clinical effect of biofeedback treatment on chronic functional constipation

Objective To observe the clinical effect of biofeedback treatment on chronic functional constipation. Methods 100 patients with chronic constipation were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group received biofeed back treatment and the control group received general treatment. The clinical efficacy, constipation symptom score of patients before and after treatment and adverse reactions was analyzed. Results The scores of clinical symptoms in both groups were improved after treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate was 90% in the observation group and 60% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The biofeedback therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic constipation. The Glazer pelvic floor electromyography assessment program can be used as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic functional constipation.
