手术室护理干预对胃癌手术患者术后感染率和心理状况综合的影响

目的对胃癌手术患者实施手术室综合护理方案,观察对患者术后感染情况和心理状况的影响。方法选取2014年2月~2017年11月间在我院普外科收治的需要行外科手术治疗的胃癌患者共计67例,参考随机数字表法分为观察组31例和对照组36例。对照组给予常规手术室护理方案,而观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上给予综合手术室护理方案,比较两组患者在术后其感染情况和心理状况。结果观察组和对照组护理方案满意度分别为96.77%和80.56%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者切口感染率比较存在显著差异,观察组显著低于对照组(3.22%vs 16.67%,P0.05);观察组患者其血压、心率、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及焦虑自评量表评分(SAS)的提高均显著优于对照组(P0.05)。结论全面综合的手术室护理可显著改善胃癌患者的心理健康程度,并降低患者术后切口感染率,改善患者临床预后。

Comprehensive effect of operating room nursing intervention on postoperative infection rate and psychological status in patients with gastric cancer

Objective To implement a comprehensive nursing program for patients with gastric cancer and to observe the effect on postoperative infection and psychological status.Methods A total of 67 patients with gastric cancer requiring surgical treatment who were admitted in the General Surgery Department of the First People''s Hospital of Jiujiang City from February 2014 to November 2017 were selected and divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=36)by random number table method.The control group was given a conventional operating room nursing program,while the observation group was given a comprehensive operating room nursing program based on the routine care of the control group.The infection status and psychological status of the two groups was compared.Results The satisfaction degree of the nursing program was 96.77%and 80.56%in the observation group and the control group respectively,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the incision infection rate between the two groups.The incision infection rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(3.22%vs 16.67%,P<0.05).The improvement of blood pressure,heart rate,SDSscore,and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion A comprehensive and integrated operating room nursing can significantly improve the mental health of patients with gastric cancer,reduce the incidence of postoperative wound infection and improve the clinical prognosis of patients.
