自制压迫杆在有创动脉血压监测中的应用

目的通过自制动脉压迫杆为桡动脉穿刺术后患者进行压迫止血,并与人工进行动脉压迫进行比较,观察其压迫止血效果,探讨自制动脉压迫杆使用的可行性从而为桡动脉穿刺患者提供一种更加有效的压迫止血方法。方法分析对象是我院2016年10月~2017年4月接受治疗的患者,均分成两组进行对比分析,研究组35例以自制动脉压迫杆为桡动脉穿刺术后患者进行压迫止血,对照组35例以人工进行动脉压迫,观察其压迫止血效果。结果研究组患者舒适度较对照组高(P0.05)。且研究组压迫止血方法的并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论探讨自制动脉压迫杆使用的可行性,从而为桡动脉穿刺患者提供一种更加有效的压迫止血方法。

Application of self-made compression bar in invasive arterial blood pressure monitoring

Objective To perform compression hemostasis for the patients after radial artery puncture by self-made arterial compression bar, to compare with manual arterial compression, to observe the hemostasis effect of compression,and to explore the feasibility of the use of self-made arterial compression bar, so as to provide a more effective means of compression hemostasis for the patients receiving radial artery puncture. Methods The patients who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to April 2017 were selected as the subjects and were divided into two groups for comparative analysis. The patients who used self-made arterial compression bar for hemostasis after radial artery puncture were assigned in the study group, and 35 patients who received manual arterial compression were assigned in the control group. The compression hemostasis effect was observed. Results The comfort in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The complications of compression hemostasis in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The feasibility of using a self-made arterial compression bar is explored, so as to provide a more effective method of compression for hemostasis in the patients receiving radial artery puncture.
