高敏肌钙蛋白T和肌红蛋白联合检测在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的应用及其临床价值

目的探讨高敏肌钙蛋白T和肌红蛋白联合检测在急性心肌梗死早期诊断中的应用及其临床价值。方法选取2017年1~12月我院收治的急性心肌梗死93例为研究组,选取93例健康者为对照组,在研究组患者发病后的4 h及12 h时,检测其血液中的高敏肌钙蛋白T和肌红蛋白含量,与对照组的检测含量作对比。结果研究组患者高敏肌钙蛋白和肌红蛋白含量明显高于对照组(P0.05);研究组患者发病后0~12 h高敏肌钙蛋白呈现上升趋势(P0.05)。结论本研究结果提示高敏肌钙蛋白T和肌红蛋白联合检测急性心肌梗死能提高准确性,临床上应当进一步推广应用。

Application and its clinical value of combined detection of high-sensitivity troponin T and myoglobin in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction

Objective To investigate the application and clinical value of combined detection of high-sensitivity troponin T and myoglobin in the early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction. Methods 93 cases of acute myocardial infarction who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2017 were selected as the study group. 93 healthy subjects were selected as the control group. At 4h and 12 h after onset in the study group, the high-sensitivity troponin T and myoglobin levels in their blood were detected, which were compared with the levels in the control group. Results The levels of high-sensitivity troponin T and myoglobin in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); the level of high-sensitivity troponin T in the study group showed a rising trend within 0~12 h (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of this study suggest that high-sensitivity troponin T combined with myoglobin in the detection of myocardial infarction can improve accuracy, which should be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
