血液中类固醇激素分析方法的研究进展

摘    要:内源性类固醇激素作为内分泌系统重要的组成成分,在机体发育、免疫调节及生育控制方面均起着不可或缺的作用。类固醇激素水平的准确测定对于临床内分泌疾病的预防、诊断及治疗十分重要。近年来生物体内源性类固醇激素的测定在临床应用中越来越广泛。主要针对2013—2018年最典型的血液中类固醇激素常用的分析方法进行归纳对比,以期为类固醇激素水平的准确测定提供更多的思路,也为后期临床诊断治疗提供更加准确的依据。

Abstract:Steroid hormone, the component of the endocrine system, plays an extremely important role in body development, immune regulation, and birth control. The accurate determination of steroid hormone is important for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of clinical endocrine diseases. In recent years, the determination of endogenous steroid hormones in biological samples has become increasingly widespread in clinical applications. In this article, the commonly used analysis methods of typical blood steroids from 2013 to 2018 were generalized and compared in order to provide more reference for the accurate determination of steroid hormone levels, and also provide more accurate basis for later clinical diagnosis and treatment.
