摘    要:大枣又名华枣、红枣,为鼠李科植物枣(Zizyphus jujuba Mill.)的干燥成熟果。大枣营养丰富,是一种美味的水果,还具有多种生物活性和药用价值。大枣含有糖类、蛋白质、生物碱、三萜、皂苷、黄酮和环腺苷酸、环鸟苷酸以及氨基酸、维生素、矿物质等。大枣多糖是一类重要活性成分,从化学结构上分为水溶性的中性多糖和酸性多糖,具有如护肝保肝、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳、降血脂、调节血糖、抗炎、提高免疫力和抗肿瘤作用等,故其拥有广阔的应用前景。

Pharmacological research progress of jujube polysaccharides
Abstract:Jujube,also known as Chinese date and red date,is the dried ripe fruit of Zizyphus jujuba Mill.Jujube is not only a delicious fruit full of nutriments,but also has a variety of biological activity and medicinal value.Jujube contains carbohydrates,proteins,alkaloids,triterpenoids,saponins,flavonoids and cyclic adenosine monophosphate,cyclic guanylic acid and amino acids,vitamins,minerals and so on.Jujube polysaccharide is an important class of active ingredients,which is divided into water-soluble neutral polysaccharides and acidic polysaccharides in terms of the chemical structure.It has a broad application prospects with various functions,such as,liver protection,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-fatigue,reducing blood fat,regulating blood glucose,improving immunity,anti-tumor effect and so on.
