膜翅目昆虫提取物Ento-Ⅱ涂膜剂的镇痛及活血化瘀作用研究

摘    要:目的研究膜翅目昆虫提取物Ento-Ⅱ涂膜剂的镇痛及活血化瘀作用,为相关药物的开发提供科学依据。方法采用经典热板法和扭体法作为镇痛实验模型,观察Ento-Ⅱ涂膜剂对小鼠的镇痛作用;大鼠sc大剂量盐酸肾上腺素后,施以冰水浸泡制备急性血瘀模型,采用线栓法复制大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,测定血液流变学相关指标。结果在镇痛实验中,与对照组比较,Ento-Ⅱ涂膜剂20、10、5 mg/kg能显著延长小鼠给药后30、60、90 min的痛阈值,明显减少小鼠15 min内的扭体次数,显著延长小鼠扭体的潜伏期(P0.01)。在血瘀合并脑缺血实验中,与模型组比较,Ento-Ⅱ涂膜剂6.67、3.33、1.67 mg/kg组24 h时大鼠神经功能评分和全血黏度显著降低(P0.01);3.33 mg/kg组大鼠血浆黏度和红细胞聚集指数显著降低(P0.05);6.67、3.33 mg/kg组大鼠卡松黏度显著降低(P0.01)。结论 Ento-Ⅱ涂膜剂具有明显的镇痛作用和活血化瘀作用。
