护士分层级管理结合绩效考核模式在门诊中的应用效果体会

摘    要:目的探讨将护士分层级管理结合绩效考核模式应用于门诊中的应用效果。方法在我院门诊工作中于2017年4~10月开展护士分层级管理结合绩效考核模式的管理方案。根据门诊护理工作的具体状况,对所有护理人员进行岗位分层级管理,根据门诊护理工作的具体状况,对门诊护理人员进行分层级管理,并对其效果进行评价。并将2017年4月前的护理工作作为对比,评价开展管理前后的护理质量变化。结果在对门诊护理工作实施分层级管理和绩效考核模式后,护理工作质量评分和护理人员考核合格率均有明显提高,并且患者的等待时间较开展前明显更短,等待时间分别为(32.4±12.3)min和(16.1±7.1)min;护理评分分别为(73.1±14.9)分和(94.1±16.2)分,护理满意度也更高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论将护士分层级管理联合绩效管理应用于门诊护理的工作中,具有良好的应用效果,能够有效提高护理质量和患者的护理满意度,并且也能够督促护理人员提高其工作技术,减少患者的等待时间,具有十分良好的应用前景,值得推广使用。

The application effect of nurse hierarchical management combined with performance assessment mode in outpatient department
Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of nurse hierarchical management combined with performance assessment mode in outpatient department. Methods The management program for nurse hierarchical management combined with performance assessment mode in the outpatient department of our hospital in April 2017 to October 2017 was carried out. According to the specific conditions of the outpatient nursing work, all nursing staffs were managed hierarchically. According to the specific conditions of the outpatient nursing work, the outpatients were managed hierarchically and their effects were evaluated. The nursing work before April 2017 was compared to evaluate the quality of nursing before and after management. Results After the implementation of hierarchical management and performance appraisal mode for outpatient nursing work, the scores of nursing work quality and pass rate of nursing staff assessment were significantly improved, and the patient''s waiting time was significantly shorter than that before. The waiting time was(32.4±12.3)min and (16.1±7.1)min; and the nursing scores were (73.1±14.9) and (94.1±16.2),respectively.And the satisfaction of nursing was also higher. Differences between the data groups were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nurse hierarchical management combined with performance management in the outpatient nursing work has a good application effect, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patient nursing satisfaction, and can also urge the caregiver to improve their work techniques,reduce the patient''s waiting time.And it has a very good application prospect and is worth promoting.
