摘    要:目的研究柯拉斯那沉香Aquilaria crassna的化学成分。方法采用多种柱色谱对柯拉斯那沉香的化学成分进行分离纯化;通过波谱数据结合理化性质进行化合物结构鉴定;采用p NPG法对所得化合物的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性进行测试。结果从柯拉斯那沉香的醋酸乙酯提取物中分离得到1个新的倍半萜类化合物和2个已知色原酮类化合物,分别鉴定为柯拉斯那酸甲酯(1)、8-氯-6-羟基-2-(2-苯乙基)色酮(2)、8-氯-6-羟基-2[2-(4-甲氧基)苯乙基]色酮(3)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为柯拉斯那酸甲酯。活性测试结果表明化合物1具有α-糖苷酶抑制活性,半数抑制浓度(IC50)值为121.8μg/mL。
