微信平台对0-6岁贫血儿童管理的应用效果研究

目的探讨微信平台在0~6岁贫血儿童管理中的应用效果。方法随机选取南联、爱联、龙东社区2017年2月1日~7月31日200名0~6岁贫血儿童,分为观察组和对照组,对照组仅给予儿童保健门诊相关贫血知识指导,并嘱定期复诊评估。观察组采用微信平台随访干预。比较两组0~6岁儿童家长的贫血健康知识知晓情况以及贫血儿童的有效管理情况。结果观察组家长的儿童贫血知识知晓率66.32%、贫血患儿有效管理率67.35%,显著高于对照组家长的儿童贫血知识知晓率41.83%、贫血患儿有效管理率45.91%,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论微信平台随访能够提高0~6岁贫血儿童家长贫血知识的知晓率、提高贫血患儿的有效管理率。

Research on the application effect of WeChat platform on the management of 0-6 year-old children with anemia

Objective To explore the application effects of WeChat platform in the management of 0-6 years old children with anemia. Methods A total of 200 children with anemia aged 0-6 years old from February 1 to July 31, 2017 in Nanlian, Ailian, and Longdong communities were randomly selected and divided into observation group and control group. The control group was only given guidance related to anemia knowledge in children''s health clinic, and was asked to re-visit regularly for evaluation. The observation group was given WeChat platform for follow-up intervention.The awareness of anemia health knowledge in the parents of children aged 0-6 years and the effective management of children with anemia were compared between the two groups. Results It was found that the awareness rate of the knowledge of pediatric anemia in the parents in the observation group was 66.32%, and the effective management rate of children with anemia was 67.35%, which were significantly higher than the awareness rate of the knowledge of pediatric anemia in the parents in the control group (41.83%) and the effective management rate of children with anemia (45.91%). The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Follow-up on the WeChat platform can improve the awareness rate of the knowledge of anemia among the parents of children with anemia aged 0-6 years old and increase the effective management rate of children with anemia.
