| 摘 要： | 分娩疼痛是造成母婴不良妊娠结局和剖宫产率增高的重要原因之一。本文总结分析了分娩时各种镇痛方法的特点,探讨如何缓解产妇分娩时的疼痛,以促进自然分娩,降低剖宫产率。

Clinical application of painless childbirth |

| Abstract: | The pain of childbirth is one of the important causes of adverse pregnancy outcomes in maternal and child and high rate of cesarean delivery. This paper reviewed and analyzed the characteristics of various methods of labor analgesia and discussed how to relieve the pain during delivery in order to promote natural childbirth and decrease the rate of cesarean delivery. |
