盐酸帕罗西汀联合利维爱对更年期抑郁症患者性激素水平的影响

目的探讨盐酸帕罗西汀联合利维爱对更年期抑郁症患者性激素水平的影响。方法选择2016年1月~2017年1月我院收治的更年期抑郁症患者66例为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同进行随机分组:A组(利维爱组)、B组(盐酸帕罗西汀)、C组(利维爱+盐酸帕罗西汀),每组各22例,比较三组患者治疗前后性激素雌二醇(E2)、卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、垂体催乳素(P)的变化情况。结果治疗8周后,A组、C组的E2、P水平较治疗前显著升高,FSH、LH治疗后显著降低,且C组患者治疗后的E2、P水平明显高于A组,FSH、LH治疗后显著低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。而B组患者的E2、FSH、LH、P水平治疗前后未见显著变化(P0.05)。治疗2、4、8周后,三组患者的HAMD评分较治疗前比较显著降低,且C组治疗后的HAMD评分显著低于A组、B组,B组治疗后的HAMD评分显著低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论盐酸帕罗西汀联合利维爱能够显著改善更年期抑郁症患者性激素水平及抑郁症状。

Effect of Paroxetine Hydrochloride combined with Livial on sex hormone level in the patients with involutional depression

Objective To investigate the effect of paroxetine hydrochloride combined with Livial on the sex hormone level in the patients with involutional depression.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017,66 patients with involutional depression who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment methods,the patients were randomly divided into groups:group A(Livial group),group B(paroxetine hydrochloride)and group C(Livial+paroxetine hydrochloride),with 22 patients in each group.The changes of sex hormones such as estradiol(E2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH)and pituitary prolactin(P)were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the levels of E2 and P in group A and group C were significantly higher than those before treatment,and FSH and LH were significantly reduced after treatment.The E2 and P levels in group C were significantly higher than those in group A after treatment.The FSH and LH levels after treatment were significantly lower than those in group A.The differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).The levels of E2,FSH,LH and P in group B had no significant changes before and after treatment(P>0.05).After 2,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the HAMD score in group C after treatment was significantly lower than that in group A and group B.The HAMD score in group B after treatment was significantly lower than that in group A.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Paroxetine hydrochloride combined with Livial can significantly improve sex hormone levels and depression symptoms in the patients with involutional depression.
