鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者的围手术期护理分析

目的探讨围手术期护理干预应用在鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者的护理中的效果。方法选取2015年5月~2017年5月期间来我院就诊的鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者67例,按照奇偶分组法将其分为实验组34例与对照组33例。对照组实施常规护理,实验组采取围手术期护理干预措施,对比两组鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者的临床情况。结果实验组的治愈情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者的护理满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);实验组的并发症发生率与对照组相比较,明显较低(P0.05)。结论对鼻内镜下鼻中隔偏曲矫正患者实施围手术期护理干预,能够提高患者的生活质量,降低并发症发生率,值得临床应用。

Analysis of perioperative nursing in patients undergoing nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy

Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative nursing intervention in the nursing of patients undergoing nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy.Methods A total of 67 patients undergoing nasal septal deviation correction under nasal endoscopy from May 2015 to May 2017 were enrolled in this study.According to odd and even grouping method,they were divided into two groups,with 34 patients in the experimental group and 33 cases in control group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group was given perioperative nursing intervention.The clinical conditions between the two groups were compared.Results The treatment conditions of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups in the satisfaction of nursing(P<0.05).The rate of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with endoscopic nasal septum deviation correction under nasal endoscopy can improve the quality of life of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of application.
