尿液检验中试纸法及镜检法的效果研究

目的探讨尿液检验中试纸法及镜检法的效果,并进行分析。方法选取2016年2月~2018年1月在本院进行尿液检验的198例患者作为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式分为对照组和观察组,每组各99例。对照组采用试纸法进行尿检,观察组采用镜检法进行尿检。观察并记录两种检测方法结果,并对比分析。结果镜检法和试纸法在检测中均能准确测出患者尿液中红细胞、白细胞的含量;试纸法及镜检法在检测阳性率、假阳性率、阴性率、假阴性率等方面无明显差异(P0.05)。结论传统单一的试纸法与镜检法在检测尿液时均能保证基本的正确性,在监测结果方面无明显差异。

Study on the effect of test paper and microscopy in urine test

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of test paper method and microscopic examination in urine test.Methods A total of 198 patients with urinalysis in our hospital from February 2016 to January 2018 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by drawing lots. The number of patients in each group was 99. The control group was tested by urine test, the observation group was tested by microscopic examination. The results of two test methods were observed and recorded, and comparative analysis.Results The contents of erythrocytes and leucocytes were detected by both methods. There was no significant difference between the two methods in the positive rate, negative rate, false positive rate and false negative rate(P>0.05). Conclusion The traditional single test of test paper method and microscopic examination can both ensure the basic correctness of the test results in urine test, and there is no significant difference in monitoring results.
