心理护理对四肢骨折患者治疗依从性及疼痛的影响

目的观察心理护理对四肢骨折患者治疗依从性及疼痛的影响。方法选择2016年10月~2017年1月我院收治的80例四肢骨折患者,依据护理方法不同随机分为干预组、对照组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规对症护理,干预组实施心理护理干预,比较两组患者的SAS、SDS及疼痛评分、护理满意度、治疗依从性。结果干预组患者干预后的SAS、SDS评分及VAS评分较对照组显著降低(P0.05)。干预组患者治疗的依从率及护理满意度显著高于对照组(P0.05)。结论对四肢骨折患者在治疗期间实施心理护理干预,有利于缓解患者的疼痛,提高治疗依从性及护理满意度,从而促进骨折早日康复。

Influence of mental nursing on treatment compliance and pain in patients with fractures of the extremities

Objective To investigate the influence of mental nursing on the treatment compliance and pain in patients with fractures of the extremities. Methods 80 patients with fractures of the extremities in our hospital from October 2016 to January 2017 were selected and randomized into intervention group and control group with 40 patients in each according to different nursing care methods. Patients in control group were treated with routine correct nursing while patients in intervention group were treated with metal nursing intervention. The scores of SAS, SDS and pain, satisfactory rate of nursing care and treatment compliance in two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group,the scores of SAS, SDS and pain in intervention group significantly decreased(P<0.05). The rate of treatment compliance and the satisfactory rate of nursing care in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mental nursing intervention in patients with fractures of the extremities during treatment could remit patients'' pain and improve the treatment compliance and satisfactory rate of nursing case so as to promote the early recovery of patients with fractures.
