5E康复模式对老年缺血性脑卒中患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响

目的探讨5E康复模式对老年缺血性脑卒中患者睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法选取老年缺血性脑卒中患者共100例,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组患者予以常规康复护理与教育,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以5E康复模式干预,两组均干预2个月。观察并比较两组干预前与干预2个月后睡眠质量与生活质量变化。结果干预2个月后,两组患者PSQI评分均较治疗前明显下降(P0.05或P0.01),且观察组患者变化幅度较对照组更明显(P0.05);两组患者各项评分及总分均较治疗前明显上升(P0.05或P0.01),且观察组患者上升幅度较对照组更明显(P0.05)。结论 5E康复模式干预治疗老年缺血性脑卒中患者能明显改善患者睡眠质量与生活质量,疗效显著。

Effect of 5E rehabilitation mode on quality of sleep and quality of life in the elderly patients with ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the effect of 5E rehabilitation mode on sleep quality and quality of life in elderly patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with ischemic stroke were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing and education,and the observation group was given 5E rehabilitation mode intervention on the basis of the control group,and both groups were given intervention for two months.The changes of sleep quality and quality of life in two groups were observed and compared before intervention and 2 months after intervention.Results After 2 months of intervention,the PSQI scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the degree of changes in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05);the scores and total score in the two groups were significantly higher than before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the degree of increase in the observation group was more significantly than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion 5E rehabilitation mode intervention in the elderly patients with ischemic stroke can significantly improve the quality of sleep and quality of life,which has a significant therapeutic effect.
