关节镜下松解术治疗肱骨外上髁炎的疗效观察

目的评估关节镜下松解桡侧腕短伸肌腱治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎的效果。方法回顾性分析从2014年7月~2016年6月间的52例顽固性肱骨外上髁炎患者,行关节镜下桡侧腕短伸肌腱松解术,并进行VAS评分、快速DASH功能评分和满意度调查。结果随访(16.4±3.6)个月,VAS疼痛评分从术前平均(7.1±1.5)分提高到静息时平均(1.4±1.1)分,活动时(2.1±1.7)分,快速DASH功能评分从术前平均(49.6±14.6)分提高到术后(16.5±10.2)分,患者满意度达94%,术后没有出现并发症。结论关节镜下松解桡侧腕短伸肌腱治疗顽固性肱骨外上髁炎安全有效。

Observation on the curative effect of arthroscopic release in the treatment of external humeral epicondylitis

Objective To evaluate the effect of arthroscopic release of the tendon of musculus extensor carpi radialis brevis in the treatment of refractory external humeral epicondylitis.Methods 52 patients with refractory external humeral epicondylitis who were admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.Arthroscopic release of the tendon of musculus extensor carpi radialis brevis were performed,and VAS score,fast DASH function score and satisfaction survey were carried out.Results The patients were followed up for(16.4±3.6)months.The VAS pain score was increased from an average of(7.1±1.5)preoperatively to an average of(1.4±1.1)at rest,and(2.1±1.7)during activity.Fast DASH function score was increased from an average of(49.6±14.6)preoperative to(16.5±10.2)postoperative,with the patient satisfaction of 94%.Postoperative complications were not detected.Conclusion It is safe and effective for arthroscopic release of the tendon of musculus extensor carpi radialis brevis in the treatment of refractory external humeral epicondylitis.
