钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的疗效观察

目的研究钢板螺钉内固定治疗四肢长管状骨创伤骨折的临床疗效。方法选取120例四肢长管状骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予闭合复位交锁髓内固定治疗,观察组则给予钢板螺钉内固定。观察对比两组骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合良好率及术后并发症发生率。结果观察组骨折愈合时间(85.4±3.6)d少于对照组(132.5±3.4)d,骨折愈合优良率96.67%优于对照组80.00%,术后不良反应发生率(1.67%)低于对照组(15.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在四肢长管状骨创伤骨折治疗中给予钢板螺钉内固定效果显著,可有效改善骨折愈合时间、骨折愈合良好率,并降低术后并发症发生率,促进其康复,值得临床研究。

Observation on the curative effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities

Objective To study the clinical effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities.Methods A total of 120 patients with long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was given closed reduction and interlocking intramedullary screw for fixation.The observation group was given plate and screw internal fixation.The fracture healing time,the good rate of fracture healing and the incidence rate of postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The fracture healing time in the observation group was(85.4±3.6)d,less than that of(132.5±3.4)d in the control group.The good rate of fractures was 96.67%in the observation group,better than 80.00%in the control group.The incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions(1.67%)was lower than that in the control group(15.00%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of long tubular bone traumatic fractures of extremities has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the fracture healing time,good fracture healing rate,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and promote the rehabilitation.It is worthy of clinical research.
