综合护理干预对老年牙周炎患者治疗效果的影响

目的探讨综合护理干预应用于老年牙周炎患者护理中的效果。方法选择2016年4月~2017年9月我院收治的老年牙周炎患者126例作为研究对象,根据患者的入院顺序随机分为两组,每组各63例;对照组行常规护理,实验组采用综合护理,对比两组患者的SAS、SDS及生活质量评分与心理状态。结果实验组护理后SDS及SAS评分明显低于对照组,且生活质量评分明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用于老年牙周炎患者的治疗中,能够促进患者的心理状态恢复,有利于提高患者的生活质量,是一种有效的护理方案,在对老年牙周炎患者进行护理时应用综合护理干预具有良好的效果,值得临床广泛推广和使用。

Analysis on the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the curative effect of elderly patients with periodontitis

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing care of elderly patients with periodontitis. Methods 126 elderly patients with periodontitis who were admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to September 2017 as research subjects. According to the patients'' admission order, all patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 63 patients in each group; the control group was given routine nursing care. The experimental group was further given comprehensive nursing intervention. SAS, SDS and quality of life scores and psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the SDS and SAS scores were lower than those in the control group after nursing. The quality of life score was significantly better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of elderly patients with periodontitis can promote the recovery of the psychological state of the patient. It has a very positive effect on improving the quality of life of patients and is an effective nursing method. In the nursing care of elderly patients with periodontitis, the application of comprehensive nursing intervention has favorable results, which is worthy of promotion.
