中药汤剂治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫疗效Meta分析

目的评价中药汤剂对糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的治疗效果。方法检索Pubmed、Web of Science、Embase、Cochrane Library、CNK)、VIP、CBM及万方数据库。筛选出符合要求的糖尿病胃轻瘫中药汤剂治疗的随机对照研究,采集相关数据并在STATA软件中进行分析。结果总共纳入24个随机研究,涉及2 166例糖尿病胃轻瘫患者。合并分析显示:中药汤剂的治疗能显著减少糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的胃排空时间SMD=1.09,95%CI(0.79,1.38),P0.01],降低中医证候积分SMD=0.25,95%CI(0.04,0.46),P=0.020],提高治疗有效率RR=1.28,95%CI(1.23,1.33),P0.01],增加治愈率RR=2.22,95%CI(1.87,2.63),P0.01]。结论中药汤剂能够有效地促进糖尿病胃轻瘫患者的胃排空能力、降低中医证候积分、提高治疗的有效率,值得在临床推广。

Meta-analysis of decoction of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the patients with diabetic gastroparesis. Methods Pubmed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, CNKI, VIP, CBM and Wanfang Database were searched. A randomized controlled study of traditional Chinese medicine decoction in the treatment of diabetic gastroparesis that met the requirements was selected. The relevant data were collected and analyzed in STATA software. Results A total of 24 randomized studies were included, which involved 2,166 patients with diabetic gastroparesis. The combined analysis showed that: the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine decoction could significantly reduce the gastric emptying time in the patients with diabetic gastroparesis SMD=1.09, 95% CI (0.79, 1.38), P<0.01];reduce TCM syndrome scores (SMD=0.25, 95% CI (0.04, 0.46), P=0.020); improve treatment efficiency RR=1.28, 95% CI (1.23, 1.33), P<0.01]; increase the cure rate RR=2.22, 95% CI (1.87, 2.63), P<0.01]. Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine decoction can effectively promote the gastric emptying capacity of diabetic gastroparesis patients, reduce the score of TCM syndromes, and improve the efficiency of treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
