摘    要:住院医师规范化培训是目前专科医师培养的重要模式,导师制和PBL是人才培养的重要教学制度和模式,我们将两者结合应用于神经内科住院医师规范化培训,促进住院医师综合能力的提高,本文介绍具体实施方法、教学方法及教学效果,以期培养更多的优秀神经内科医师。

Discussion on the application of tutor system combined with PBL in standardized training of resident physicians in neurology department
Abstract:Standardized training of resident physicians is an important mode of training specialists currently.Tutor system and PBL are important teaching systems and modes of personnel training.We combine the two in the standardized training of resident physicians in the Department of Neurology to promote the improvement of the overall ability of resident physicians.This article introduces the specific implementation methods,teaching methods and teaching effectiveness,with a view to training more outstanding neurologists.
