Discussion on the application of tutor system combined with PBL in standardized training of resident physicians in neurology department

Standardized training of resident physicians is an important mode of training specialists currently.Tutor system and PBL are important teaching systems and modes of personnel training.We combine the two in the standardized training of resident physicians in the Department of Neurology to promote the improvement of the overall ability of resident physicians.This article introduces the specific implementation methods,teaching methods and teaching effectiveness,with a view to training more outstanding neurologists.
