优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果探讨

目的探讨优质护理在手术室护理工作中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院进行手术治疗的患者80例,所有入选患者采取随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组各40例,对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取优质护理,比较两组患者的各项护理质量评分。结果干预组患者的术前、术中及术后护理质量及护理人员的操作技术、手术室环境、护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有显著性(P0.05),但两组护理人员的形象比较,差异不显著(P0.05)。结论在手术室护理工作中通过实施优质护理服务,有利于提高护理质量及护理满意度。

Effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of high quality nursing care in operation room nursing. Methods 80 patients under surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 patients in each by using random number table. Patients in control group received routine nursing care and patients in intervention group received high quality nursing care. Scores of indicators of nursing care quality were compared between two groups. Results The satisfaction rates of nursing care quality before, during and after operation, techniques of paramedics, operation room environment and nursing care in intervention group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05). The images of paramedics between two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05). Conclusion It could improve the quality and satisfaction rate of nursing care by implementing high quality nursing care in operation room nursing.
