杞菊地黄汤辅助治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变

目的：探讨杞菊地黄汤辅助治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法：糖尿病性视网膜病变40例，随机分为2组，对照组采用常规西医治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上辅予杞菊地黄汤，比较两组患者治疗前后血糖、血流变学水平及临床症状改善情况。结果：两组患者治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及血流变学水平较治疗前均明显改善（P〈0．01）；与对照组相比，治疗组改善更明显（P〈0．01），治疗有效率明显升高（P〈0．01）。结论：杞菊地黄汤辅助治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变疗效确切，具有推广使用的价值。

The Clinical Study on the Curative Effect of Lycii and Chrysanthemi and Rehmanniae Soup in Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective：To investigate the curative effect of Lyeii and Chrysanthemi and Rehmanniae soup in diabetic retinopathy. Method：40 hospital diabetic retinopathy were devided into two groups in random ; The control group was treated with conventional therapy, the treatment group was adjunctive therapy with Lycii and Chrysanthemi and Rehmanniae soup; The blood glucose,haemodynamics and clinical symptom of prior treatment and post treatment were compared in two groups. Result ： Compared with prior treatment, the blood glucose, haemodynamics of post treatment all improved obviously（ P 〈 0.01 ）;Compared with control group, the curative effect of treatment group is more significant（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： The curative effect Lycii and Chrysanthemi and Rehmanniae soup is positive in diabetic retinopathy, and can be worth applied widely in clinic.
