| 摘 要： | 目的 观察膏方调治脾虚肝乘型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 对31例脾虚肝乘型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者予以膏方辨证调治45天，观察临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况。结果 膏方调治脾虚肝乘型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床总有效率为87．1％，经膏方调治后患者证候积分较治疗前显著降低（P〈0．01）。结论 膏方调治脾虚肝乘型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效肯定，能改善患者临床症状。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of herbal paste in treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG).Method Thirty-one cases of chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) of spleen deficiency overacted by liver were treated by herbal paste for 45 days.The clinical symptoms and syndrome score were observed before and after treatment.Result The total effective rate was 87.7%,and the syndrome score was dramatically lowered after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Herbal paste has positive effects on chronic atrophic gas... |
