| 摘 要： | 目的探讨地尔硫治疗冠状动脉造影前围手术期心绞痛的临床疗效和安全性。方法对106例围手术期心绞痛患者静脉应用地尔硫,观察心绞痛发作次数、血压、心率和心肌耗氧指数的变化,判断疗效。结果82例(77.4%)用药期间未再发作,另有24例(22.6%)仍有心绞痛发作,但程度减轻。用药1、24和48h时心率、收缩压、舒张压和心肌耗氧指数与用药前相比均下降(均P<0.05)。无一例因严重不良反应而停药。结论静脉应用地尔硫卓治疗冠状动脉造影前围手术期不稳定型心绞痛安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intravenous diltiazem for perioperative unstable angina pectoris before coronary artery angiography.Methods 106 patients of unstable perioperative angina pectoris were intravenously treated with diltiazem before coronary artery angiography.The efficacy was determined by angina symptom,changes of blood pressure(BP),heart rate(HR) and myocardial oxygen consumption index.Results 82 cases had no relapse (77.4%)and 24 cases were obviously improved of angina symptom(22.6%).BP,HR and myocardial oxygen consumption index were safely lowered after intravenous diltiazem at 1,24 and 48h(P<0.05).No patient withdrawed from medication because of severe side effect.Conclusion The intravenous diltiazem is effective and safe for perioperative unstable angina pectoris before coronary artery angiography. |
