超声诊断胎儿水囊状淋巴管瘤的价值

目的:探讨胎儿水囊状淋巴管瘤的声像图特征。方法:20例胎儿水囊状淋巴管瘤的产妇经B超诊断,引产后经病理证实。结果:20例患胎儿水囊状淋巴管瘤的孕妇,均在15周～30周,经超声常规检查时发现,瘤体体积最大者达20 cm,最小者1.2 cm,其中位于颈部者15例,位于肢体2例,颈颅及肢体均存在者3例。20例中合并胎儿全身皮肤水肿15倒,其中6例合并胸水、腹水,5例胎死宫内。1例双胎之一为正常。声像图特征,胎儿头及颈部围绕一囊肿,呈多房性,壁较厚,内可见分隔,呈“网状”或“放射状”。结论:超声检查为诊断胎儿水囊状淋巴管瘤的最直接有效的首选方法。

Ultrasonographic Diagnosis of Fetal Cystic Hygroma

Objective To investigate the features of ultrasound images in fetal cystic hygroma. Methods 20 cases with fetal cystic hygroma were diagnosed by ultrasonography and verified by pathology after autopsy. Results 20 fetuses with cystic hygroma were diagnosed by ultrasonography. of those, the sizes of cystic hygroma were between 1. 2 cm to 20 cm; In 15 cases the cystic hygroma located in neck. 2 cases in limb and 3 cases in all of them. 15 cases with cutaneous dropsy, 6 cases with abdominal and chest dropsy, 5 cases died in uterus, 1 case was one of twins and the other was normal. The sonograms of fetal cystic hygroma have specific features, fetal head and neck are round by cystic, which has thick wall and meshy septum. Conclusions Ultrasonography is the first choice for diagnosing fetal cystic hygroma.
