Zeig uns, wie wir zueinander stehen: Soziometrische Verfahren und assoziierte visuell-skalierende Techniken im berufsbezogenen Anwendungskontext

This article provides an overview of selected sociometric procedures and additional techniques, which can be used for the analysis and visualization of social relations and constellations: the social atom, the inner team, the sociometric test, the group photo, and action sociometric scaling procedures. Following fundamental considerations of classification and a reflection of determinants of successful application of these social relation techniques we describe their application within the applied occupational context. At this, the strengths and limitations of these techniques as well as context-specific recommendations for their application are provided.
