加用降龙汤对原发性高血压肝阳上亢证患者抗炎及降脂作用的疗效观察

目的:观察加用降龙汤对原发性高血压肝阳上亢证患者的抗炎及降脂作用。方法:60例1,2级原发性高血压肝阳上亢证患者随机分为对照组(n=30,单用氨氯地平10mg/d)及治疗组(联合应用氨氯地平10mg/d与降龙汤),服药12周后检测并比较两组患者治疗前后的血压、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血脂与血清高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6水平。结果:治疗前两组的各项观察指标比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。经12周治疗后两组患者血压均明显降低(P<0.01),且治疗组的血压水平低于对照组(P<0.01),同时治疗组的空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇与血清高敏C反应蛋白、白细胞介素6水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且低于对照组(P<0.01);而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平则较治疗前升高(P<0.01),并高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:在联合应用氨氯地平基础上加用降龙汤对原发性高血压肝阳上亢证患者具有一定的降低血压作用,并可减轻患者的炎症与代谢紊乱状态。

Anti- Inflammatory Action and Metabolic Effect of Xianglong Decoction on Patients with Essential Hypertension due to Ascendant Hyperactivity of Liver-Yang

Objective:To observe the anti-inflammatory action and metabolic effect of Xianglong decoction on patients with essential hypertension due to ascendant hyperactivity of Liver-Yang.Methods:Sixty patients with mild to moderate essential hypertension were randomized into control group(n=30,amlodipine alone,10mg/d)and treatment group(n=30,amlodipine 10mg/d combined with Xianglong decoction).Blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,blood lipid and serum high sensitive C reactive protein and interleukin-6 were all detected and compared with the pre-treatment counterparts between groups at week 12.Results:The between-group difference of parameters obtained before the start of treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After 12 weeks' treatment,the blood pressure of both groups fell obviously(P<0.01)and the treatment group benefited greater than the control group(P<0.01).In the treatment group,the levels of fasting blood glucose,fasting insulin,total cholesterol,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,serum high sensitive C reactive protein and interleukin-6 were lower when compared with the pre-treatment data(P<0.01)and with those of the control group(P<0.01);while the level of high density lipoprotein was higher than the pre-treatment measurement(P<0.01)and the counterpart of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Xianglong decoction has certain antihypertensive effects on patients with essential hypertension due to ascendant hyper-activity of liver yang.It also can alleviate inflammation and metabolic disorder.
