| 摘 要： | 目的探讨双J管在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术后应用的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我院2007年至2008年应用输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石168例,术后留置双J管86例,未留置双J管82例。结果86例留置双J管的患者中,2例出现了急性肾盂肾炎,2例出现结石残留,无一例发生肾绞痛。82例未留置双J管患者中,13例发生了急性肾盂肾炎,12例出现结石残留,10例出现了肾绞痛。结论留置双J管有助结石排出,减少术后并发症的发生。
