纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗在机械通气下危重症患者中的应用研究

目的探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗对机械通气下危重症患者的治疗效果。方法总结我院ICU近三年来机械通气治疗的患者行纤维支气管镜(简称纤支镜)支气管肺泡灌洗(简称BAL)治疗和普通灌洗,观察灌洗前后动脉血气分析的结果,机械通气时间及全身使用抗生素时间的变化。结果BAL组患者的SPO2保持在0.90以上,BAL组比普通灌洗组SPO2较前改善更加明显;BAL组比普通灌洗组患者机械通气时间和抗生素使用的时间都明显缩短。结论机械通气下危重症患者使用纤支镜肺泡灌洗能达到良好的治疗效果,是一种行之有效的治疗方法。

Applied research of bronchopneumonia lavage for severe patients under mechanical ventilation support

Objective To explore the effect of bronchopneumonia lavage for severe patients under mechanical ventilation support. Method Patients with mechanical ventilation support are randomly divided into two groups,separately using ordinary lavation and bronchopneumonia lavation(BAL).The results of arterial blood gas analysis are monitored and the period of ventilation supporting and of antibiotics using are calculated.Result The patients using BAL have a better performance of oxygen saturation(SPO2) than ordinary lavation and the period of ventilation supporting and antibiotics using are obviously shorten.Conclusion BAL is an effective method in the patients with mechanical ventilation support.
