剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术72例临床分析

目的：探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剖宫产同时行肌瘤剔除术的安全性和可行性。方法：回顾性分析收集的72例剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的临床资料,与同期70例单纯行剖宫产术的产妇比较对照。结果：研究组与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;术中出血量、术后24h出血量、住院时间、术后并发症发生率,两组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：医生应把握好手术禁忌证和适应证,掌握好手术技巧,剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术是可行且安全的,值得在临床推广。

Clinical analysis of 72 cases of cesarean section complicated with myomectomy

Objective： Pregnancy with cesarean-section with myomectomy the safety and feasibility. Methods： Retrospective analysized of 72 cases collected by cesarean-section with myomectomy patients with clinical data, with the same peri od 70 cases of maternal cesarean section alone more control. Results： The study group and the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）; blood loss, postoperative 24 hours blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative complication rate, there was no significant difference between two groups（P0.05）. Conclusion： The medical contraindications and a good grasp of the indications, surgical technique to master, cesarean-section with myomectomy is feasible and safe, and is worthy of promotion.
