| 摘 要： | 腰麻-硬膜外联合麻醉(CS-EA)吸取了腰麻和硬膜外麻醉共同特点。随着临床应用的增多,CS-EA也暴露出一些问题和缺点。临床应用时既要发现其优点,更要密切观察其不良反应,及时处理,保证患者安全。

| Abstract: | Combined Spinal-epidural anesthesia (CS-EA) has the common characters of spinal and epidural anesthesia.With the increase of its clinical application,CS-EA also shows its some problems and shortcoming.We should not only find its advantages,but also observe its adverse reaction in order to cope with them in time and then assure the safety of patients in clinic. |
