云南大理白族地区脑血管病的六年监测研究

本研究采用随机整群抽样方法、以周城和仁里邑村的11359人为框架人群、利用我国农村和少数民族地区现有的条件通过对CVD的危险因素反复进行强化教育,治疗高血压,以监测CVD的发病和死亡是否有下降趋势。CVD以完全性卒中进行统计,6年的资料表明,CVD的发病率,年平均下降4.8％,死亡率下降4％,说明此项研究对CVD的防治工作有重要意义。

The Surveillance and Research of the Cerebrovascular Disease in Dali Inhabited by Bai Nationality in Yunnan Province

We have been trying to find out the way to prevent and cure the cerebrovascular diseases in ethnic minorities. By surveying the cerebrovascular diseases and finding out the risk factors causing the stroke, strengthening knowledge popularization and education among the people and curing the hypertension patients, we check whether the incidence and mortality of the cerebovascuar diseases show a tendency of decrease. The study is carried out by means of ran- dora samping. Our study is based on the 6-year monitoring of the 11 359 individuas living in Zhoucheng Town and Renliyi Village of Dali City. In our study the cerebrovascular diseases are calculated by the complete stroke. The 6-year data from 1984 to 1989 indicate that the in- cidence rate of the complete stroke decreased by an annual 4.8% and the mortality rate of the complete stroke decreased by 4% each year, which suggests that the study can provide impor- tant information for preventing and curing the cerebrovascular diseases.
