摘    要:目的:通过观察剖宫产术围手术期应用抗生素的效果,探讨抗生素的合理应用。方法:选择2007年1月至2008年6月的剖宫产术患者300例,对其抗生素的应用情况及预后进行回顾性分析。其中分为两组:A组为观察组,术前30min静脉点滴氨苄青霉素2.0g一次;B组为对照组,术前30min静脉点滴氨苄青霉素2.0g,术后6h重复给药一次。结果:两组术后感染、发热、产褥病率、腹部切口愈合情况、产后出血均无显著性差异(P〉0.005)。结论:剖宫产术围手术期单次预防性应用抗生素能达到预防感染的目的,并能减少医疗费用,减少抗生素对新生儿的影响。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of the perioperative use of anti-infectives in patients with c-sect so as to discuss the rational application of anti-infectives.Method: Choose 300 c-sect cases from January,2007 to June,2008,review and analyze the application and prognosis of the anti-infectives.There are two groups,A is observation group,vein intravenous drip penicillin 2.0g one time 30 minutes before c-sect;B is control group,vein intravenous drip penicillin 2.0g one time 30 minutes before c-sect,and repeat once again 6 hours after c-sect.Result: There are no significant differences between the two groups in infection,fever,puerperal morbidity,Abdomen margin cicatrisation situation,postpartum hemorrhage(P>0.005).Conclusion: Use anti-infectives once in c-sect perioperative period can prevent infection;reduce medical expense and the anti-infectives' influence to the newborn babies.
