| 摘 要： | 目的优选千年健挥发油的提取及β-环糊精(β-CD)包合工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以千年健油提取量为指标优选提取工艺;以包合物收率及挥发油包封率为指标优选包合工艺。结果及结论优选提取工艺条件为:千年健药材加6倍量水浸泡0h,蒸馏提取5h;包合物最佳制备工艺为:β-CD与千年健油投料比为9∶1,在40℃,以100rpm的转速搅拌2h。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To optimize the conditions for the extraction of volatile oil from Rhizoma Homalomenae,and for the technique of β-CD inclusion.METHODS With the amount of extracted volatile oil of Rhizoma Homalomenae as indexes,orthogonal tests were conducted to determine the optimum conditions for extracting the volatile oil.The application rate of inclusinon compounds and entrapment efficiency of volatile oil were used as indexes to optimize the conditions for including the oils with β-CD.RESULTS and CONCLUSION The optimized extraction conditions were:with 6-fold water added,extracting for 5 hours.The optimized inclusion conditions were:the proportion of β-CD and the volatile oils being 9∶1 at 40 ℃,the volatile oil was included for 2 hours with 100rpm. |
