| 摘 要： | 社区卫生服务是满足广大群众医疗卫生服务需求的一个重要途径.近年来,我国对其在政策上给予了大力的引导和扶持,但是,社区卫生相关的立法相对不足,社区卫生服务中的许多问题缺乏明确的法律规定,法律规定的模糊和漏洞造成了一定的纠纷隐患的发生.为保障社区卫生服务工作的发展,应加强相关立法.政策与法律相辅相成,促进和保障社区卫生服务的健康发展.

| Abstract: | Community Health Service (CHS)is an important approach to satisfy the People's demand of healthy and sanitary service. In recent years,CHS has obtained much policy induct and support. But the legislation relating to CHS is relative lack. There is much hidden trouble of medical dispute because of the lacking of relative legislation. In order to guarantee the development of CHS,we should strengthen the legislation on CHS. CHS will develop healthily if the policy and the law can supplement each other. |
