| 摘 要： | 引进香港糖尿病管理和教育经验,启动并逐渐完善糖尿病专科护士的培训及使用.通过理论学习与实践相结合的分阶段培养模式,重点指导学员基于自身临床岗位,设计与实施临床糖尿病教育及管理方案,开展相应研究,使其胜任临床糖尿病专科护士的岗位要求.本文对培训模式进行了介绍,并对效果进行了初步评价. |

| Abstract: | According to the experience of diabetes management and education in Hongkong,we established a system of diabetes specialized nurses training and utilization.To implement the training model which combined academic curriculum with the clinical practice,focus on developing the capability of designing and implementing the diabetes education projects and studies,in order to train the nurses to be competent to the diabetes specialized nurses responsibilities.This article introduces this training model and primary evaluation results. |
