住院患者医院感染调查

目的了解住院患者医院感染状况,分析其危险因素,制定防控措施。方法通过回顾性调查方法,对本医院2010年住院患者的医院感染情况进行了调查。结果该医院2010年共有住院患者52 660例,发生1 164例医院感染,医院感染率为2.21%;感染例次率2.26%。以心胸外科感染率最高,为12.78%;感染部位以下呼吸道为主,占30.87%。共检出病原菌322株,革兰阴性菌72.36%、革兰阳性菌17.08%、真菌9.63%。结论该医院住院患者医院感染率低于全国平均水平,标本送检率也偏低,应提高致病菌监测率。

INVESTIGATION OF NOSOCOMIAL INFECTION STATUS OF INPATIENTS

Objective To understand the situation of nosocomial infection of inpatients and to analyze risk factors so as to develop prevention and control measures.Methods Retrospective investigation method was used to investigate the situation of nosocomial infection of inpatients from January to December in 2010.Results There were 1 164 inpatients got nosocomial infection among 52 660 inpatients occurred in this year with the infection rate of 2.21% and the infection case-frequency rate of 2.26%.The infection rate in cardiothoracic surgery was the highest which accounted for 12.78% and the main infection site was lower respiratory tract which accounted for 30.87%.Totally 322 strains of nosocomial pathogens were identified,of which 17.08% were Gram-positive bacteria,72.36% were Gram-negative bacteria and 9.63% were fungi.Conclusion The nosocomial infection rate in inpatients of this hospital is lower than the nationwide average rate.Specimens for bacterial examination are not enough and pathogen monitoring rate should be increased.
