| 摘 要： | 目的探讨如何加强病案借阅管理,更充分地体现病案价值。方法通过对住院病案日常借阅工作的总结,结合文献查阅法对病案借阅管理进行分析。结果针对病案借阅相关制度,归纳出病案借阅工作中存在的问题,分析出影响病案借阅管理的因素,总结出提高病案借阅质量可采取的具体措施。结论通过健全病案借阅制度、提高病案管理人员的专业水平、法律意识及服务意识,加强对借阅者的管理。应用病案借阅系统并不断升级等措施加强管理,更充分地体现病案价值。
