急性非淋巴细胞白血病细胞中原癌基因c—myc的表达

研究急性非淋巴细胞白血病细胞中原癌基因ｃ－ｍｙｃ的表达及临床意义。方法采用蛋白质免疫印渍和单克隆抗体免疫细胞化学染色方法检测３０例ＡＮＬＬ细胞中原癌基因ｃ－ｍｙｃ的表达。结果１９例表达阳性，阳性率为６３％。ＡＮＬＬ中白血病细胞的阳性细胞百分率为２９％－９６％，ｃ－ｍｙｃ在不同病人的白血病细胞中表达水平不一样；ｃ－ｍｙｃ的表达和患者骨髓中白血病细胞百分率显著相关，和患者年龄，性别，外周血白细胞计数。

Proto oncogene c myc Expression in Acute Non lymphoblastic Leukemic Cells

bjective\ To study the expression of proto oncogene c myc in cells obtained from patients with acute non lymphoblastic leukemia(ANLL) and its clinic significance.\ Methods\ The expression of proto oncogene c myc was studied with the Western blotting and immunocytochemistry at the protein level in cells obtained from 30 patients with acute nonlymphoblastic leukemia.\ Results\ C myc expressed in 19 patients and the positive rate was 63%(19/30).\ The percentage of positive cells in ANLL was from 29% to 96%,c myc protein levels from the leukemic cells of individual patients could vary.\ There was a positive correlation between c myc expression and the percentage of blasts in bone marrow cells from ANLL patients (r=0.59,P<0.05).\ There was no correlation between c myc expression and various features at the time of diagnosis:age,sex,leukocyte count,hemoglobin.level,platelet count.\ Conclusion\ Positive correlation exists between c myc expression and the percentage of blasts in bone marrow cells from ANLL patients, c myc expression in acute leukemic cells may serve as a prognostic indicator for these patients.
