| 摘 要： | 目的：研究拳参正丁醇提取物对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法：采用醋酸扭体法、热板致痛法、电刺激致痛法观察拳参正丁醇提取物对小鼠镇痛的效果。结果：拳参正丁醇提取物对醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应，热板法和电刺激法诱发的疼痛有显著的镇痛作用。但纳洛酮不能对抗其镇痛作用。结论：拳参正丁醇提取物有明显的镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the analgesic effect of Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol (PBNA)extract on a mouse model. Methods: The method of writhing by acetic acid, hot-plate and electric stimulation in mice were made to study the analgesic effect of Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract. Results: Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract could reduce the writhing times of the mice induce by acetic acid, raise the mice threshold of pain induced by hot and electric stimulation obviously, and it had dosage reliability. The antagonist naloxone could not reverse the analgesic effect of Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract. Conclusion: Polygonum bistorta L.n-Butyl alcohol extract has obvious analgesic effect. |
